Breathwork
Intentional breathing to help you arrive, settle and reconnect with yourself.

Thursday morning live offering
Thirty minutes to breathe, move, receive and return to yourself—live with Kimba every Thursday morning.
A contained space for you
There is nothing to prove here. Meet your body where it is, take what serves you and leave the rest. Every session is different—and every session welcomes the version of you who arrives that morning.
What a session may hold
Each live offering is its own intuitive 30-minute practice and may weave together one or more of these experiences.
Intentional breathing to help you arrive, settle and reconnect with yourself.
Accessible movement that builds mobility, awareness and a kinder relationship with your body.
Resonant tones and gentle vibration invite deep listening, rest and a calmer inner rhythm.
Guided stillness to practice presence, soften mental noise and carry more clarity into your week.
Why sound bowls?
Sound bowls create sustained, layered tones that give your attention somewhere gentle to land. Many people experience a sound bath as deeply calming or meditative. You simply get comfortable, listen and notice what shifts—there is no special skill required.
Sound practices support relaxation and personal reflection; they are not a medical treatment or a promise to cure a condition.

Yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound practices are offered for general wellness, education and personal reflection—not as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participate at your own pace. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or distress, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have an injury, health condition, are pregnant or have concerns about whether these practices are right for you.
Spiritual language may be used, but this space is not centered around any one religion. All are welcome here. This is a contained and welcoming space for you.
